I ordered a french bulldog. The pet was to be shipped and all of a sudden there is now a $1050 insurance fee included. I asked several questions regarding the shippers contact information and they failed to provide. The seller advised that I was insulting him when I notified him that I contacted Paypal, BBB, and local authorities regarding the incident.
