I found a voice mail concerning about criminal charges towards me from 713-377-9243.

I called spoke to a gentlemen...very rude...I asked who he was....received answer that criminal reports have been issued against

my name. Said he got wrong number and that I would report this phone call.

I hung up.

What is the best avenue to report this?

Called for my mom , so I called them back and gave them my name, they asked how old I was and proceeded to tell me I had a case under my name and legal action would be taken if I did not pay $1000. I then told them if they called me they should know my age and I got mouthy with them and he asked if I was single and when I said no he proceeded to tell me how sexy my voice was and that it was a shame I was taken. How professional is that? Please help others beware of this !

Came home and found a message on my answering machine saying that I must call 312-878-9026 and talk to Harry Patterson regarding a lawsuit filed against me by the IRS. He said after a audit of my taxes from 2009 through 2013 they found that I owed 1,985.00 that must be paid today or they would take my social security, my home and arrest me. I was given no other option but to pay in full today. I told him I did not have that much to pay and could I pay it out, he hung up the phone. I believe this is a scam because I pay my taxes.

I received a phone call from a number in Colorado and when I answered a voice recording said they have tried to contact me several times and that this was my final notice and the IRS was suing me. When I called the number back a man answered looking for my step fathet and when i said he wasnt here he hung up on me. I called the number back and the man hung up on me again, so I called back demanding I speak with a supervisor he hung up on me once again.
