When the Internal Revenue service calls you but they sound like a foreigner...... and you call back and they hang up right away... That's a pretty good indication that they are NOT the Internal Revenue Service. When you call back again and say 'Oh ya, we've got you now! And their response is '*** ** ***'...... find any online place to make a formal complaint and spread the word.

This scam came from a Washington area code 360-639-6913. Does anyone at the BBB really follow through and take care of these scammers?
