I accessed International bureau of Immigration to renew my Global Entry renewal application. They charged me $260. to process my information to expedite paperwork and insure the application was accurate. I received a receipt for the payment but with an order # that means nothing and no way to verify my application was sent. They now have my personal information, passport number, and credit card information. Cannot find a phone contact or any way to verify my application.
