It is International Finance Cooperation. The I.F.C are helping people with some grant money to help Deaf, Retired, Disable, Widowed, Military,Teacher, Nurse, Employees and Unemployed to maintain the standard of living.
Do they help pay old "Student Loans" ?
I got $70,000 delivered to me when i applied for the grant and you don't have to pay it back..
I wish you should also apply as well, should i give you the agent info to apply as well?
