I got a message from my friend on Instagram that I had won some money and to call a phone number for more info. I did call them and they then sent me a pic of the winners list that had my full name on it as a winner. They then asked for my address. Being suspicious I contacted ScamPulse.com who told me it's a scam.

One of my friends told me on Instagram about a free Government Grant. International Finance Corp. I could choose different amounts. I was to send $300 delivery fee by Google Play Card. Processing fee. I sent no money.
