Shipping of a new pet from California to Arkansas. They held the pet at the insurance department and demanded $650 for a climate controlled crate that would be fully refundable. Then claimed they needed $940 for pet insurance. All would be refunded in cash upon delivery. States the pet would die without insurance. Requests money be sent via western union and gift cards.
