There was also a secon number as well 226-374-9239 agent name Micheal Woodbrooke . The check company had Carroll & Strong Building INC 48 Riverside Rd Wastsonville ,Ca 95076 . Name of bank on check was Santa Cruz County Bank in Santa Cruz Ca . Also on top of letter it was stamped INTERNATIONAL LOTTO COMMISSION .Informed me by law I had to pay towards administration fees,taxes and shipping.
