IRC is a SCAM

IRC promised to rent my week and unfortunately they took $1800 from me and never provided any services. I tried to file a complain with BBB but they did not help at all. I never got my refund. DO not do business with them.
I enroll to this program were they will advertise my timeshare for rental and get an offer to rent it. Unforturately after over a year, the properties were not rented and never got an offer. I spent $1800 and still did not recovered what I spent. I called customer service and I was told that I can request a refund for not being able to provide or get an offer. but the manager LOVE did not help me and refused to provide me with a refund.

I received a call from Alexa called offering to list my timeshare for an upfront fee to rent it out. Thanks for these post that I did not succumb to this horrid scam.

Total Scam!

March 2022 I received a call from Alexa Lowe offering to rent my extra weeks from Interval International...within 90 days (note; this timeframe is beyond the scope of getting a refund on your credit card!). Five months later, I realized I had not heard anything, so called customer service and had to leave a VM. Then I decided to check for a possible scam. Sure enough! Why didn't I check sooner? My credit card company will not take a dispute complaint this long after the charge which was $1794.00. I am so pissed.This is so disgusting and unbelievable that I fell for their very convincing sales pitch. BEWARE!

Original call came from "Interval International" who we have timeshare contract with. That representative connected me to Patrick Sullivan with International Resort Club. Since I haven't used my "6 transferable guest passes" they were reaching out to me in order to have me use their company to rent these weeks out. I would pay a getaway activation fee for each rental totaling $2195 up front and then once they received the contracts to rent out my weeks then I would receive rental income from $1500-$1800 per week which would be sent within 90 days of me signing the contract.

I received exactly a similar call from Alexa Lowe of International Resort today. A month ago they tried to call and I fell for this BS and charged $1794 I immediately received a fraud alert from my CC company. Thankfully I went online and read the negative reviews on BBB and did not sign the agreement. They are relentless and convincing.
