On January 5th I started get messages about a virus on my computer. I accidentally clicked on a link and within minutes a call came. The person identified themselves and said my internet had been comprised and sold me software with technical support to replace McAfee. I agreed and used my credit card to pay 299.99 for a one year technical program. On February 4, 2020 I received a call from the same technician telling me the server crashed so they needed remote access to my computer to make the fix. The technician said they would probably have to refund my money so he had a colleague get on and asked for my on line banking information. I told them I did not bank on line and would NoT reveal that anyway. I requested they credit my credit card and they refused. I looked at my computer and say they had LOCKED me out and threatened me with either pay or go buy a new computer. I immediately changed all bank information and contacted my credit card company to remove the charges. This is is scam company and should be put out of business.
