I was looking for a dog for my PTSD and wanted a specific dog. I received and email from Samatha Pamela with pics and video of dogs she was giving away with a story. I was asked concerning questions to ensure the dogs would be in a happy home then it was off to shipping quickly which they suggested. I thought that was odd because I started looking for a carrier myself. I turned out there was fee after fee and the final straw was to pay a fee for vaccination and permit which was astronomical.
