I received a letter in the mail from Internet Domain Name Service with details that my domain name is expiring and that I am required to make a payment of $67.80. I made the payment on their website www.giv.com. I received a payment receipt through email. And I thought that was that. Then I keep receiving notices from my domain provider ******* stating my domain is expired and that I needed to pay. I then realize that this was a SCAM. I called the number and voicemail full and no one answers. I email them to explain that I ended up having to pay ******* for domain renewal and no one responds. I keep emailing and someone respond with the rudest messages. Including: YOU'RE too ignorant to read and understand what you're doing, that makes us not legitimate? If you're not a smart person, just say so, no need to make up false accusations.

What business responds like this! I was asking for my money back. After this incident, I checked on ScamPulse.com and many people have been scammed by them. Unfortunately I did not see this until now.
