When I try to look something up, their warning comes up that I have a virus. I can’t delete it. They are selling a product. I turned the phone off and on but it’s still there.

I was referred to this internet security business by a commenter on my Facebook page. I called the number I was given. The business preferred to talk via Whatsapp. I paid a total of $1400 of the $1500 quote to protect my devices (laptop, mobile phones) over the next few days via Zelle. The services were never provided. The business went off WhatsApp and then off Instagram. My bank did not refund me. The business is run by Scott Matt Alexander. Phone number: 412-475-8508. To date, he is in touch with me via text and phone call, trying to say he is a legitimate business, when I ask for my refund. He always has a new story - the vendor needs $2500 before they can do a refund, he is waiting on entitlement benefits, he wants access to my bank account to do a refund. Etc. His phone number and email address are not on Zelle. I made payments to two different email addresses given to me by Scot Metafix. Only one is still registered with Zelle. Neida Lewsader [email protected]. Kimberly Gates [email protected] is gone.

I have all the Whatsapp and texts. No services were ever received.
