On Martin Luther King Holiday, 01/17/2022, my elderly parents in their 80's and hard of hearing were home alone. The staff from Interstate Asphalt came through the opened driveway and knocked on the front door. The staff asked to paved the driveway at a low cost. They proceeded to paved and we found out we asked them to stop. They wrote out an invoice for $10,000 at $2.50 per sq ft. The form as no legible signature, no printed name of contact person, no address, and the phone numbers do not have any live person answering.
