Scammed

I ordered a pair of women's Hey Dude from the shop on Facebook marketplace. The site clearly advertises name brand Hey Dudes. When the shoes arrived they were NOT name brand Hey Dudes, they were a very cheaply made pair of knock offs in a plastic bag and looked nothing like the shoes I thought I was ordering. I tried to email the so called "service" email for a full refund but have not received a response. There is no other phone number or contact listed on the website. So I was scammed out of $38. Stay away from this website.

I ordered 9 pairs of shoes that were advertised as "Hey Dude" brand. I received 5 pairs of poorly made knock-offs. I tried contacting them through the email provided for returns or exchanges, but apparently it is no longer a valid email address. My messages were unable to be sent. My experience is similar to the other 2 filers associated with this retailer however I am not getting any response or offers of refunds because I cannot reach them at all.
