We went online to buy a pool for our 11 year olds birthday from a site called Intexpools.usa. We thought this was an Intex Pools dealer. The site made it seem legit. They wanted us to pay with pay pal but instead we used our debit card and all went through just fine. We should have known that the pool we wanted would be more then $98.00 but like I said, the site looked legit. We got a confirmation email as well. After the confirmation email and confirmed delivery date of July 15th 2021 we had a question and wanted to contact the company. There was no way to contact anyone, just a page that we were directed to that said, "Do not try and contact us because it will just confuse the computer and you won't get a response.". We tried to see who the transaction went to but it was some foreign name in a language we couldn't translate. We tried to stop our transaction but unfortunately it had already gone through. We had to put a stop on any future transactions that might have tried to come through from that site. We didn't get our product either which was no surprise and didn't expect to after we read all the misleading info and searched a little more to find out that we weren't the only ones scammed by this site.

I ordered from a fraudulent website: Intexcorp.shop. The real website is Intexcorp.com, which explains that any website that isn't "Intexcorp.com" is fake. I paid through PayPal. I received a tracking number from PayPal. BEWARE! That tracking info is supplied by the fraudsters. They provide a real USPS tracking code that states the "product" was delivered. So any attempt to dispute the charge may fail when the fraudsters supply the "real" USPS tracking code, which states that product was delivered--even if it was to another address. So when you to talk to a USPS Customer Care Agent to discuss the tracking number, be sure to get their first name and ID number. This may help resolution. The agent will tell you the weight, shipping cost, and delivery date. They can't tell you the address, but they can tell you if it matches the address it was supposed to ship to. In my case, my $95.99 "above ground pool" weighed 6 oz, shipping cost $3.51, and delivered one day after purchase. Incredible. Fraudster: David Swanson, [email protected]
