I believed this was a website for Intex above ground pools and ordered one for $89.99. I used Paypal for protection just in case. I had not received the pool or any contact except a tracking number for a month. The seller name/contact info was 16 Chinese symbols (red flag #1) When I looked up the tracking number it stated it was delivered in the city where I live. I filed a case with Paypal and they denied it because the "fake seller" reported this tracking number and responded to the email stating that it was delivered.

I called USPS and asked for a case investigator for the tracking number. She got back to me within a day and provided me with 2 documents showing the delivery was to another address near me (blackened out house number for their privacy) and it weighed 12lbs. this pool would have weighed 200lbs + and USPS will not deliver over 75lbs (red flag #10)

I filed 3 more times online with Paypal and they continued to deny my claim. I called them and asked for a supervisor and the guy was SO helpful and reopened the case and gave me a refund and filed it under fraud. There are thousands of these cases!! They need to be found and punished. They target during the summer because of the demand for small affordable pools during the summer.
