I purchased clothing from intimate Diamond's on-line website on 11/9/2022. According to the website, the items in the order were returnable for a full refund if unworn and undamaged. I received the items mid-November. They did not fit. The website directed me to an email to begin the return policy where I exchanged 7 or 8 emails with a person named "Jell" who did everything possible to dissuade me from returning the items including requiring me to send photos of the items with the tags still in tact, which I did. After insisting I wanted to return the items, I was provided with return instructions which I followed. The package was received by them on 12/27/2022 but a credit still has not been issued to my credit card. I have followed up 7-8 times via their website and emails to "Jell". They reply with statements such as "thank you for patience as we look into this matter", or "we apologize if the process is taking too long; I am keeping an eye on this situation throughout all necessary steps". I have reported them to my credit card company and they have opened a dispute ticket on my behalf.
