Quickbooks Online sold me an upgraded program as the "old" system I was using was going to be phased out. Intuit took $1300.00 of my money and sold me a program which now after 10 days and no less than 24 hours of my time - 9, 9 - NINE different techs in Quickbooks time wasted 7 - 7 SEVEN hours of my time getting Quickbooks Time set up in the NEW AND IMPROVED Online program

and spending more than 8 hours of my time setting up my payroll I am now being told that the program that I was sold - THAT THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK WITH WASHINGTON STATE L&I LABOR CLASSIFICATIONS.. IWAS TOLD SPECIFICALLY THAT THIS WOULD WORK...LIARS AND THIEFS, LIARS AND THIEFS, WHAT AN INCREDBLE LACK OF RESPECT AND CONSIDRATION OF MY TIME, MONEY AND GENERALL WELL BEING..THIEFS!!!

Today, I have received 3 emails from Intuit E- Commerce Service. Each email had an Invoice number, different names at the bottom, different phone numbers and a PDF attached to be opened form further instruction. Invoice # 1 ) HTQ-26154 from GEEK*SQUAD requesting a payment of $349.99 for services. Invoice # 2 ) LTX-30309 from GeeTeq requesting a payment of $349.99 and invoice # 3XN-27050 from Geek TECH requesting a payment of $349.99 for services. Email address : Intuit E - Commerce Service

to [email protected]. Phone numbers: 1-858-667-4949 and 1 800-775-4613. I have NEVER done business with this company. I believe it is a SCAM and FRUAD trying to get people to open the PDF at the bottom of each email. No, I did not open the attachment. Please follow up on this situation and continue to help safeguard the Seniors from these type of emails. Thanks

I was sent this email with an invoice attached.

I called the # provided and they wanted to log into my computer which I denied. They hung up the phone. I called back they answered and hung up again. Now I am very concerned. I never had Norton Life Lock.
