I also ordered from this site back in March. I received the wrong item. I ordered colored pencils and got knock off oakley sunglasses instead. They claimed they resent my item twice, but I never received it. They also claimed I would get a refund and never did.

I bought an item in March. It is now September. They sent me the wrong item and I never got the correct item, and they keep saying I will get a refund and never do. I bought a paint sprayer and they sent me sunglasses. It came from China.

Stay away, don't order from Inventionentomology. I ordered a set of knitting needles on March 1 and 1-1/2 months later, just like the others, received a pair of ugly RayBan sunglasses instead. I filed a complaint through their complaint site and they said they were in high demand, but they would resend them & I could keep the glasses for compensation. Compensation for keeping my money and not sending what I ordered.

It took 10 days and several messages before I finally received the new tracking info. In May, the tracking showed that it was lost while out for delivery. How can a legit shipping company loose something that's out for delivery. At least the sunglasses came via USPS. Since the tracking information didn't identify the shipping company, I'm sure it's a made up site so they can put whatever they want for status.

They have offered to give me credit at sports shirts and sneaker stores shirts but I told them I want my knitting needles that I ordered. In June they said they would refund my money but It's been a month again and no refund or knitting needles.

I checked the website and they still have the knitting needles listed. I sent them another message. We'll see what they say. I'm sure they'll say they're out of stock again and will refund my money, but won't. Guess I'll have to dispute it with the credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a type writer. It isn't here. It didn't arrive. I realize it isn't coming. I got ray bans too. Can't write a book with them. So, I took a trip to Florida with my sunglasses that were suppose to be a typewriter. I would report to the Better Business Bureau and report them. Maybe we can all get our money back.

I ordered a 15x15 6 in 1 heat press for $68.18 with free shipping from this website. They took $77.71 out of my account and sent me a five pack of face masks. When I emailed the company and asked for a refund, I was told they would only refund 60% of my money as they needed to use the remainder for shipping charges. I am still currently getting the run around with the person(s) regarding this matter. I have contacted my financial institute and I have a dispute currently being reviewed for this transaction.

Our organization ordered a button maker in mid March. In early April we received a pair of fake raybans. I contacted the seller, opened a case in ebay and alerted our bank. The seller said they could only offer a partial refund or send a new button maker. We didn't accept the partial refund ($30 of the $50 we spent) and agreed to having another button maker mailed. Tracking started the last week of April and after a month, just a week or so ago, the tracking stopped and said the item had been lost and to contact the sellers. I don't think a button maker was ever mailed out, but that's another story. The sellers responded to my email about the supposed tracking for the replacement shipment stopping all of a sudden. Again, they said they would only be able to refund 60% to us. We talked to our bank since the case with PayPal wasn't going anywhere since they don't have real humans to talk to, and agreed to have the seller reimburse us 60%. We'll see if they do. I am not holding my breath. What an annoying 2 1/2 months it has been dealing with this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! REPORT THEIR ADS IF YOU SEE THEM.

I placed an order of Bob Ross Landscape Oil Paints and paid $129.70. I waited a month, received a knock off pair of RayBan sunglasses, received an apology, “item resent”, item lost in. transit, another apology, received a list of websites to order from with my “credit”. Over and over I have requested a refund and they just pretend like they don’t hear me. I went on a website for Reviews of this company and every person has the exact same story as mine.

I ordered an American made product from what I thought was an American company based out of North Carolina. I did not know much about the product at the time and as I researched it more it became clear to me that the price of the product I had ordered was too good to be true so I reached out to the company. After not hearing from them for a week or so they told me that the product was out of stock and that they would refund me. When I did not receive the refund I contacted them again and they told me my product was on the way....from China. Since the product I ordered is a US based product from a small US based company I knew I had been scammed. I waited weeks for the product just to see, and eventually when it arrived it was not a set of 4 oz bottles of gel stain. It was a pair of cheaply made Ray Ban sunglasses. I have been fighting it out with them for weeks and they eventually agreed to send me 60% of my money in a refund I still have yet to receive.

I should have paid much closer attention to the actual site. Prices are generally too good to be true. The site itself is a mess. I ordered gel stain and paid through PayPal. I went back to the site to check something on the account I created with the order and found that there weren't any orders listed. I checked the site over and it was so sloppy. I pulled up the address on Zillow and I just saw trees. The number was bogus. I sent emails to the listed customer service account and initially got no response. I opened an inquiry through PayPal (they're pretty ridiculous too) and I finally got a response. I got the runaround from two different email addresses and through PayPal. I was told that it had been shipped already and should get here in 10-15 days. I asked for proof and it took 3 or 4 days for them to reply and they gave me a tracking number. I pulled up the number and the shipping information said that it had been sent that day. So, I waited. I finally got a package and knew before I even opened it that it wasn't what I ordered. Instead of 20 4oz bottles of gel stain, I got knock off raybans. I'm still trying to get this mess cleaned up because PayPal doesn't stand by it's buyer protection policy either.
