Type of a scam Investment
Sent a documents and contract to sign. Gave specific banking information to wire money to an escrow account at Digital Commerce bank in Calgary. After I wired the money, he kept harassing to see why the money was held up. Even called on a Saturday. After my bank had confirmed the money was transferred to the escrow account, the scammer stop answering his phone. Subsequently he deleted his profile on LinkedIn. The phone number went unanswered. I was lucky because the escrow bank had red flagged the scammer's account and the funds was never released to him so I got my money back
