21,000 was recooperated by payback BUT they had collected 1900 from me to collect funds plus I signed a 10% clause to be paid when service is complete
They say they recouped 21,900 and told me I had to pay the 2,190 fee before they would give me the funds
I explained when I get the funds they would be paid OR they could withhold the fee from the money recovered
They said I had to pay prior to getting the funds. No I am a senior citizen on ssi and the money would come from money collected
They said I would not get any funds until then and refused to give me the
money they recouped
I feel like they should be held accountable as an LTD company based in Florida
So I was scammed twice
There should be a way for them to be held accountable
