Ordered a internet router on 11/11/2024. Only received a receipt from the vendor. Every time I inquire about my item I get a generic email about items being out of stock and shipping issues and a link to a statement from September. I have also asked to cancel my order and receive a refund and I get the same generic email on that request as well. Internet search reveals others having the same issue with this company. I believe they are a scam and do not intent to actually ship any items
