I ordered a small suitcase and sneakers from a seller on ioffer . When I paid through PayPal as a business they refused to sell me the items unless I paid as a friend .

Once I paid I asked for tracking the next day and got no response and after a few days of no response I disputed on PayPal. They refused to credit me even though this was a obvious scam
