I believe that this is a fake delivery service website that works with romance scams. Another fake company called SmithSource claims to be an international courier service (Afghanistan) and works with iomparr to get packages delivered into the US. A scammer posing to be a military member asks to send a package to you from Afghanistan and it's urgent and important. After the "package" is mailed then you get emails from SmithSource asking for outrages Demurrage fees and then when that is paid, you get a call from someone representing iomparr that your package is in transit. This is followed by an email with a tracking number and a link to the website. Once you are secure in believing that there is actually a package you get another email from SmithSource saying there is an issue with customs and that you need to pay them to create a customs clearance certificate costing anywhere from $5,000 to 15,000. If you refuse to pay they try to intimidate you by saying the package has US currency in it and will be confiscated by Customs and they will put in jail for money laundering.
