I received an email stating I was being charged $430.95 for GeekSquad Security. I called the number provided to inform that I had not approved this service. The person on the phone - Peter - was rude and unhelpful. He did state the service would be cancelled, but would not tell my why I received this email in the first place and then hung up. I tried to call back and found my number had been blocked.
