I was ordering an outboard engine. They sent a receipt and payment instructions..then asked for more money for a crate..i said no as the price included shipping and asked for my money back.
They have neither shipped the engine nor refunded me.
I have all of the emails and recepits

The sent me a paid invoice and receipt for the purchase
Then they asked me to send more money for crating the engine. I told them no because my it was not disclosed to me prior to purchase that there would be additional freight
I asked for my money back or the engine
I have received neither
I have heard nothing from them in three weeks
