This is a company I have done business with in the past and has provided good service to me previously. However the only way I can describe their current business practices is FRAUD.

They attempted to submit an autorenewal for more than 2x the previous rate (not a promotional rate). I declined this through my bank (which caught it) and turned off autorenew. They resubmitted the charge anyway and when I caught this two weeks later, refuse to refund it. I have not used the services in the new term.
