My son who sent me the money I excepted it but when I check my bank account, it wasn’t there. So I called a number I thought was cash app and a guy answered saying cash app support how may I help you? He then he started telling me to add money here and there, at that point the transaction was declined, then he told me to type in India Carter 6 and add money, then he told me to download the app iperlusremote, and I did I didn’t do anything after that, that’s when my money disappeared. Our son sent the money because we were in need of it. I have contacted the liget cash app by phone 5 times and have made a police complaint and the FBI . All I get from cash app is you need to do a new claim, I never authorized anyone to take my money.
