They are a bunch of scammers they charge me $25 to unlock the phone but after a day they sent an email saying that those $25 was to run the test to check the phone IMEI and confirm that phone is not blacklisted and is ready to unlock. Then they sent me an email stating that the phone unlock is ready and now just make a small payment of $80 to unlock your device. I was shocked first but then i really needed the phone unlock Asap so i payed the $80 on top of the $25 that i initially paid. After few days of not getting any response i sent them email everyday to check about my unlock. They sent me email saying your device blacklisted and cannot be unlock. So i sad ok well you guy perform the test before and for which i paid $25 to confirm this. Now you are conveniently saying the phone is blacklisted and it your fault that you provided us with the blacklisted phone. Then i asked for my refund and they said we don’t do refunds but for you we will do 50% refund. So i agree because it was better than nothing. But when the refund came it was only $40. I will attach all the proofs and emails. Please don’t use their service they lie to you from the beginning and just scamming peoples hard earn money.

i purchased the unlock for an iphone with this particular website, they charged me again to have the unlock finished, almost 100usd. after the payment, they said the phone will be unlocked within 7-10 business days, if not, the money would be refunded within 30 days of the initial purchase. it has been 1 month and 3 days since i made this purchase. i tried looking for a contact on their website, there was no phone number that was active. so i emailed them only for them to respond saying when unlock is finished they will get back to me. i was really upset after waiting for a month after their time margin clearly stated 7-10 business days. so sent them an email of how i was feeling, someone replied saying because of my response, i will not be receiving a refund because apparently if a customer is upset for waiting so long, it is within their policy that the customer does not get a refund. so i'm suppose to spend my money, and hush hush... this website clearly a scam

Wanted to get my iCloud unlocked on iphone X paid a fee to check the IMEI than they sent me another fee waited a long time then they say it is stolen. ask for refund no emails. i lost a bunch of money because of this scam. dont get fooled like i did. i lost my money and i dont know what to do. they lie about my phone it is not stolen i just cant remember password.
