Recorded message claimed to be IPL, advised utilities would be cut off in 45 minutes, and to contact them immediately for payment arrangements. I do not nor have I ever had IPL utilities, and I've had the same cell number for 15+ years.

Called claiming to be from IPL and my power would be shut off for unpaid bills in 45 minutes. I’m not an IPL customer.
