I do not know what you are running here, but I have NOT received my repaired ipod as of 6-28-18. I have called the number 866 252 3995 and it is a billing/web dating service -hardly speak english, NOT your store. I feel that this whole operation is a sham and if I do not receive my ipod within 2 days, I will look towards legal action. So far, I am very disappointed with this company since I can not contact you directly! I have NOT received a USPS tracking number as of today 6-28-18 to know where my iPod is, if it in transit at all. I hope I am wrong, but so far I'm VERY disappointed. If I write a review, it will reflect this situation. Why is this still going on, these people need to be in jail!! Others who have complained about paying and NOT having thier iPod units EVER RETURNED!!! This is an outright criminal act.
