i was contacted about a job, they asked me to talk to them through Google Hangout, they asked a lot of work related questions and once i was "hired" they were going to send me a laptop and have me install "their programs" but also send me a check so that i wouldnt have to use my own money. the "computer" was intercepted by Fedex before reaching me and the person stopped contract immediately after hearing what happened.

i was "hired" after a relatively brief Q&A then told i would be mailed a check and use that $ to install the necessary computer programs on the laptop they would send me. the "laptop" was intercepted by Fedex and i wont be touching any checks received in the mail.
