this service advertised as one time purchase at 1.95 but after purchase, they charged $29.95 monthly fee without any permission from myself, there is no mentioned of this monthly fee until after, they claimed they send

an email to my spam folder and i was suppose to know and cancel the monthly service, i don't have any log in or any service that they claimed as month service
