Scam - do not purchase

I backed them on Indiegogo in 2018. Since then it has been a tale of incompetence and dishonesty. But throughout this time, they have been attempting to continue to advertise and sell their power meters, which have simply never existed. They do now have some in stock, but it's a tiny fraction of the back orders. Do not purchase from them as you are risking losing your money or, at best, buying a completely untested product that has never been properly reviewed and will almost certainly have no support. And if you think you might be able to make a warranty claim if something breaks, keep dreaming!

September 2019 I pre-ordered and paid €329,0 for the IQ2 Mountain Bike Dual Set.
The pedals were never delivered despite my repeated requests by email.
March 2022 I cancelled my pre-order in accordance with IQ2's terms of service and requested a refund. However, after the stated processing time of 30 business days the money was not refunded and now, after several emails in which I have insisted on them adhering to their own terms of service, the refund has still not been made.

I ordered in May, 2020. I never received any product. Everytime I email them I get the same lie that products are in production.
It's been a year and half now. It's a scam.

They promise a product they have no intention of delivering. They have taken in tens of thousands of dollars from their Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1468298434/cycling-power-meter-at-a-breakt...⇄ and now even more untracked money from Indegogo (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/cycling-power-meter-at-a-breakthrough-price#...⇄ and their direct website. They have continuously pushed back release dates and have yet to deliver product to anyone. They fail to maintain contact with purchasers and supporters and do not deliver on their refund policies. There are multiple facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/277571213657267/) and reddit pages dedicated to warning people about the actions of this company. However, we do not have the power to strike out their marketing and ability to operate and lie to their clientele. There are agencies taking action in the EU to assist victims over there and I am hopeful that you might be able to assist us here.
