This business has numerous complaints against the owner. The owner advertises that his chimney repairs and cleaning service is fully licensed and insured; according to the county district attorney's office, it is not. The business owner does not fulfill any promises made including lifetime warranties and satisfaction promised. This business uses inferior materials and does not install them properly. Attempts made at fixing the problems with the installation of my chimney liner and monetary reimbursement have been fruitless. I even have a judgement against this business owner from the local magistrate which he refuses to honor.
