the product was a full size suitcase set. it was ordered May 4th and still has not arrived. the lies given was "security customs check" while no one has contated me with any new information... other individuals stated they never recieved a refund and they've ordered this same set last year from the same company. Ive asked for a refund and they denied me several times and repeated the same information to me that my shippment will arrive shortly... however the meter for shippment trracking has not moved since the first day of order.
