Commande non reçu

J'ai eu à faire une commande le 18 mai 2022 de deux paires de chaussures sur irmacorf.com ,jusqu'à présent je n'ai rien reçu.
J'ai eu à les contacter après avoir dépassé le délai de livraisons via mail : [email protected] et j'ai reçu un code 404 mentionnant la page est introuvable, j'ai essayé de me reconnecter sur le site irmacroft mon compte n'existe plus.
J'ai réessayer de les contacter en septembre pour les annoncer de mon déménagement au cas où la commande était encore en route, ils n'ont jamais répondu.

En mayo de 2022 le envié a la compañía irmacroft $200000 para 2 pares de zapatos y hasta él momento no me han mandado los zapatos que podría hacer yo al respecto por favor, y porque no me gustaría que más personas caigan en una trampa cómo está. I ordered several shoes and shirts and money was dispensed from my cash app account.when I tried to contact them about my order from contact email the gave me called [email protected] a got a code 404 saying page not found. And have never been able to contact this store since
