They took my payment but the order was never processed or shipped. I’ve emailed several times with no responses. There’s no other way like a number to get in contact with them. They are scam and [censored].

Bought automotive decals on 8/28, when they arrived on 9/8 I was sent the wrong decals. After a few days of sending several emails, finally got a response on 9/10 and was informed that the correct decals I paid for were going to be mailed out on 9/10. As of 9/21, still have not got the correct decals and have tried several times to reach back out to see where my decals that I paid for are at. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and would urge everyone to avoid IRockDecals at all costs.

I ordered two decals from them and my account was charged on June 2, 2020. I have been trying to contact them to see when my order will ship with no responses. Now that I have read some reviews for this company I feel I have have lost my money!

I bought some decals from this company December 15, 2017 and got confirmation my order shipped four days later. Weeks have gone by and I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact the customer support email three times since there is no phone number listed. I have received no response. After reading the other reviews from ScamPulse.com of people never receiving their orders I believe this is a fraudulent business. I would like my money back and I am going to attempt to reach my credit card company about this fraud.

I purchased a hoodie on December 3, 2017. However, on December 14, 2017, I received an email stating the items were "shipped" but not tracking information was provided. I emailed the company on December 18, 2017, asking if the product would be delivered by Christmas...no response. On December 19, 2017, I created an account and submitted an email through the companies website...no response. To this day no one has responded to any of our inquiries. I also submitted a refund request with no response. Therefore, after reading other complaints on the BBB I have come to the conclusion that this company is a complete scam. I lost $41 and don't expect to receive the product.

There are many complaints against IROCKDECALS, I wish I had known prior to placing an order with this company. I ordered an item on December 6, 2017. It was to be a Christmas gift, and my method of payment has already been charged. My last email from this company was December 14, 2017, said my item was shipped, although they don't provide any shipping information to be able to track your package. That seems to be a common theme, as I have read many many reviews that complain of the same thing They also do not respond to questions on their website, email, or telephone calls. I'm not sure the number listed, after a bit of research, was the correct number. I want my money back ASAP!! This company has an "F" rating with BBB.
