I was offered a work-from-home from "IronFox Logistics LLC" as an independent package deliverer. I received an email stating that I am receiving this WFH offer because of an application I submitted. In the job description it said that I have to pick up packages from various locations, take them home, inspect them for any damages and then ship them to their final destination. They send a video to watch. In this video, they tell you that you will be paid up to $ 4500. The video also stated that you will also receive a $35 extra for each mailed package. It also talked about additional incentives of up to $250 depending on your performance. The video said that you can work whenever you want and that you have to take a picture of each mailed package and send it to them [as proof that you in fact sent it I suppose] and the video mentioned that you would have to provide your state ID/ Drivers license and proof of insurance before you can actually start the job. I emailed them and asked about a good contact number to reach out to in the event of but never received anything and that's when I became suspicious. The email and video also claimed that their "HR department" would give me a call to take care of all formalities [1099 etc].
