If you catch this party..I want harassment charges brought against them. Then she said failure to call back will result in a legal action being taken.

A man named Kevin Johnson called and said I owed over $5500.00 to the IRS and they sent me two separate letters. He left a threatening voicemail message stating that if I didn't call him back within 2 hours of that message that a sheriff would come and arrest me. I called him back and we had a conversation and asked if I could call him back at 5:30. I did and it went directly to voicemail and I tried for an hour with no luck.

I left him 2 voice messages.

I always screen my calls but am getting messages left on my voice mail telling me that this is the final notice from the IRS. I am having a lawsuit filed against me. They are calling from 213-141-5163 and want me to call them back at 510-455-2357 These are scammers. I don't believe the IRS calls, they send letters.

I have received several calls from 206-823-3842 stating they were with the IRS . I called the number they gave me and they asked who my tax attorney was when I said the name of my tax filing company they promptly hung up. I know this is a scam but they continually call.

A call left on my answering machine said I owed back taxes and unless I paid them a lawsuit would be filed against me. The voice was a man saying he was a officer of the IRS. The call came from 209-813-4131, I did not call back because I do not owe back tax so this must be a scam.
