This company is a scam pretending to be the internal revenue service. I was trying to get an EIN and they asked for my credit card information only after they got my social security number. When they got to the credit card information and asked for that, that's when I stopped and asked myself what is really going on? A EIN is FREE! (The website was just created, I see, four weeks ago!)
