This number called and claims to be with the IRS. They said a warrant was issued for my arrest and no bail would be set. And they were moving forward with the lawsuit against me. First of all, I always get a refund back on my taxes so I don't owe the IRS any money. When I told them I was taping their call they said "F you ma'am" to me and hung up. This is the second time it's happened to me in 2 years. These people are crazy!

Called and left a voice mail message on my personal phone: That IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you right now you and your physical property those are being monitored and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal manner. My Direct call back number is 216-609-1953. Again the number is 216-609-1953. Thank you. I called this number a forgein speaking man answered the phone. I advised I was reporting them to ScamPulse.com and not to call my number again

Received a message and a phone call stating there was back taxes owed from 2014 for a Deborah Buckley. If it was paid arrest warrant was going to be issued!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!

First one 814-436-3670 id says Grand Valley PA, second one included the warrent for arrest and seizure of property 614-349-9761 west jeffers OH.

Received a voice mail today. I believe maybe from India. I hear call center noise in the back ground. Telling me it's the IRS and there is a warrant out for our arrest and will obtain property. I called the number back and they answer as Internal Revenue Service. I owe the IRS nothing.

The contact is a prerecorded message informing me that The call will be my last contact and I should return the call immediately as the IRS is issuing a warrant and a law suit against me... My name is never mentioned by the call, nor an address mentioned. I did try to return the call and only received a bad connection after asking to whom I was speaking. With several more attempts, some failing with reception then the call being picked up with no response I decided to contact the IRS but could not speak to someone directly. Spoke to someone at this office informing me of this search engine....While entering this information I have received another call with the same message using the same number. 1-501-254-7614

Phone call from an individual (didn't speak English where it could be understood). Told me he was with the IRS and I was subject to an audit with severe penalty. This shook me up somewhat. Spoke with the ScamPulse.com and without telling them my entire story, they confirmed it was a scam. I would advise anyone that has had this happen to them to do periodic credit scores on themselves.

Left voice mail on cell phone. Message was cut off at beginning, but he requested call back at the phone number listed. He then said in effect if he received no response, it would be an "offense from your side." Then identified himself as Officer Ryan Smith of IRS.

I received 5 phone calls last week from the above numbered. The person did not identify himself, but said that the IRS is filing suit against me and that I should call the above number immediately. I did not answer the phone and let it go to my answering machine. I also received the same message from another number: 580-309-8024.

I had a voicemail, when I called they started telling me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me for fraudulent reporting over the past five years. They would have the sheriff's officers come to my door, hand cuff me, arrest me and detain me for 72 hours.

The way out was to pay as much of the back taxes as I could and they would send a cancellation code to the sheriff's office to cancel the arrest.

The two names they used were: Miles Silvas IRM 7275 and Brian Bartosky IRM Badge #71569.

I'm getting many many calls and they left a message that there was a federal case against me and to call for case # at 802-289-2585. When I called they said they would give me the case # if I sent them 7500.00. I played it up with them and then it was go to 7-11 and send money for the case#. I asked for the address to send them the money. He said go to 7-11 and I will give you the address when you get to 7-11 then you can send me the money then we can be a partners in this scam....Really!!!
