Pretending to be IRS rep and asks me to call their number and not to ignore their warning. This seems to be what they're saying in VM, but it's in bad English and not a natural human voice (synthesized one). This is the second time they tried my cell ph #. I called them today from a different ph at work, and yelled at them with swear words. They sounded like Russian (or other Eastern European) and responded to me "Fuxx you".
