I received a phone call on Monday, May 16th at around 2:30 pm.
The man of Indian dessent stated that he represented the IRS & stated that he was officer Jack Lewis Badge number W9930.
He said that under my name I had not properly filed my taxes for 2009-2014. Under code 101 I was being sued for $4580. If i didn't settle now they would notify the sherriff's department to serve an arrest warrent in the next 45 mins. that could result in seizure of our bank accounts and property and maybe a 5 year prison term.
I did call the Sherriffs Department.
I hope someone can put a stop to this becaue it ws pretty scary for me.
I told him that I would not do anything over the phone & that's when he mentioned the arrest warrant.
