I made a purchase for a piece of artwork on 7/9/2024 two months after the purchase I had not received any form of confirmation other than the money being withdrawn from my account. I contacted them via email and got a email stating that this email was not available. I reached out to them on Instagram received one email back stating that they were going to mail the item they never mailed it and they never responded back to me after I said I hadn’t received it. After another month went by I reached out to my bank M&T. They improperly filed a dispute claiming that it was fraudulent when it was something I knew about then denied the following claim because I knew about it and now refused to open the dispute because 115 days have gone by since purchase. This person posts heavily on their social media of their artwork and refuses to respond to messages and comments or their email and will not send the product. They will not even make an effort to contact or speak to me.
