I purchased sunglasses via https://isavelle.com/ on June 26th, 2024. The company provided tracking that later showed my item was delivered to a completely different address & city than the one I provided. After NUMEROUS attempts to reach out to the website, nobody responded until I vocalized my concern this was a scam & I would report it to ScamPulse.com & was told by a customer service representative named Chloe, they would mail me a replacement along with provide the tracking for said replacement. It’s been days of no updated tracking, and zero communication from them once again. I have more than enough reason to believe this is a FAKE WEBSITE SELLING COUNTERFEIT PRADA GLASSES. DO NOT TRUST
