iscooteri.com will ask for your payment info (which is NOT encoded as stated), then say "your bank declined payment". Tried 2 different cards, both with enough money to buy item. Pulls up "PAYPAL" page for payments, but PayPal is not in the address bar. Believe this is to get credit card info. I have not lost money yet, but now need to cancel card or keep eye on any spending on it.
