Same story as above. I was jobless and had the same "Why Not" attitude when applying. I got the "congrats, you're hired" email, and figured I would get the details in the packet they said they sent. Same as above, all I got was a (rather large) check, and the exact same yellow sheet instructing me what to do. Oddly enough, the check was labeled as cashiers check from a different bank than the ones shown above. I checked The Bank name, and the routing numbers are completely different.

My phone is having trouble downloading photos. My ISD letter is like the other photo's taken. They have switched their contact information to email at [email protected] or text to [email protected] or phone 323 968 0208. They have also changed their checks to Horizon Credit Union P.O. Box 687 Farmington, UT 64025. They also say Cashier's Check now. Also when I went to take a picture of the check with flash to see it better, it shows Void Void Void that shows up on n the check. It didn't until I used adobe scan feature and flash on my phone. I am going to contact our State Atty General, Better Business Bureau...

I just recieve a check and started to research this business cause it looked suspicious. The experince is just like everyone is reporting. Same letter, same check, same story, as in the other reports. these guys do need to be stopped. Any questions or concerns I kept the letter and the check.

I had the same experience as the prior person posted. I have been researching ways to make extra money online. I submitted my email to several different site I thought reputable. I was emailed about an auditing job and the email requested basic personal information in an application form. Name, address, phone number, etc. The email said I would be contacted for an interview after submitting my info. I submitted my info, thinking it was a legit opportunity. The next day I received another email, which said congratulations, I was hired, and I would be receiving my first assignment soon. That is when I got suspicious, as no one had contacted me for any type of interview. I googled the email address and the only thing that came up was scam. I replied to the email and said I knew it was a scam. A few days later, I received an overnight usps express mail with a "job assignment" and a personal money order from regions bank. I was instructed to deposit this money order for $1996.88 into my bank as a "customer service evaluation task for bank teller transactions." I was told not to mention the assignment to my teller or any bank official as I was evaluating their services. I was instructed to take out $1500 from my atm. I was told to keep another $250/$400 for pay based on how fast I completed this assignment. Then over the next few days I received more emails saying they knew the check had been delivered and that it was unfair of me to take their money and not do the job. I have not "taken" anything as I knew it was a scam and did not comply with their demands. I have the complete instruction letter from "ISD market Research", the money order, the express mail package, and emails documenting all of this and would be happy to provide any info necessary to stop these scammers from hurting people. They even put "COVID-19 REL (ID-D) 6552637" on the "FOR" line of the money order. I reported this to the FTC and my next steps are to report to USPS postal inspection service and the attorney general. These scammers must be stopped!

I put in an application for a remote Research worker. Not knowing exactly what that meant. But there wording and actual website and phone number and physical address seemed promising. Then I received this document and check all of a sudden in the mail. There was no hiring process or any kind of tax papers. I read the assignment and figured it was a scam. I did about a full day's worth of research to come to the theory this is all bad. I never tried to do any of this mumbo jumbo and just set it aside to decide what was next and here we are now.

I am reporting my experience, feel free to let me know if you need any information to further report yours. Glad you realized was a scam too! Sadly, some people won’t or are just desperate during these unprecedented times we are living in. I am going to do everything I can to advertise and report this scam.

This was a Fake Check SCAM. I believe that I was targeted through Job Application Software Indeed of Glass door. I was tasked with going around to different stores like Walmart and I would purchase gift cards and take photos of them and send them into the crooks. I guess they would cash in on the gift cards and then they would be long gone when the fake check they gave me to deposit finally bounced.

I did tell them that I believed that this was a SCAM but they sent the Fake Check and SCAM Instructions anyway. Please post this as soon as possible.

There is no I.D.S. Market Research and Audit Company.

It is BULL.....
