I was reading a news article when I saw an ad for oversized bean bag chairs for $3.98. I clicked on it as I thought they would be great Christmas gifts for my nieces. I added 2 dark gray ones to my cart and proceeded to checkout. I added all of my info, clicked on next to enter my email and got a confirmation. I tried contacting them via email to get my information updated and the email was not going through. I tried twice. Checked my bank statement to get more info to get in touch, emailed that company and they have no record of my order and informed me they do not sell this item and to start a charge back. I am now trying to figure out how to get my money back and send this info to my bank and just super frustrated.
